Q. Does it cost to join?
A. No! We even pay you 50p for joining!
Q. I have forgot my password what should I do?
A. Simply click the "forgot password" link or contact us via email
Q. Why are there no offers which entail downloading software/toolbars?
A. We value our members. We will not expose them to any form of spyware or viruses, including Adware which displays adverts on your computer inc adult images when you use your computer, Trojans which will steal your details such as bank account details or any usernames and passwords you type in via your keyboard, Malware which tries to "break" your computer by destroying files, uninstalling programs etc, and Viruses, which may do all of those and more.
Payment
Q. When will I recieve payment?
A. As soon as possible. Once we've confirmed your offers and have the cash from
the retailers ready to give to you, we'll send it!
Q. How can I be paid?
A. In many different forms. New options are always being added, click "edit
details" in "my account" to see the new methods available

Q. Why have some clicks shown as £0.00?
A. % Offers show as £0.00 until we have received the amount to be paid,
by the retailer.
Q. How do I earn cashback?
A. Easy! Simply sign up to online offers (many are free) and follow the directions,
if we give none then its usually a simple registration for "free offers"
otherwise you with get cashback on purchases made.
Q. Why have my clicks been cancelled?
A. This happens when we find cheating or that you've done the offer several
times. Retailers will not pay for the same person multiple times. If you have
successfully completed the offer and feel that this is in error, please contact
us.
Q. Why have my clicks not yet confirmed?
A. Please be patient. We try to confirm offers as soon as possible,
but if the retailers have not gotten back to us yet, theres nothing we can do
until they do.
